Uploading Images Via Mobile from Google Drive

Hi,

I’m referring to this Type Form: 

 

I’ve tried several times to upload various images (all under 10mb) via my android smartphone (Redmi Note 9), selecting them from my Google Drive account. It always comes back with an error message.

I switched to desktop, and this works just fine, so it only happens on my mobile. I made sure the form was under the correct Google account on the phone.

Can you replicate this issue on your devices? Please advise if I’m missing anything?

Hi @Dave K What is the error message you’re receiving? Do you mind sending a screenshot of it so we can try to reproduce the issue?

Hello @Dave K Im trying to replicate this issue but I can’t find the question within your typeform? Which question number is it? I want to test this myself. 

Also, a screenshot of the error as mentioned by Liz will help us understand what’s not working.
