I am writing this to express how unsatisfied I am with the customer support: I have messages all the relevant people (active customer support in the community) asking to update to new builder for 2 days now. I opened two tickets to the  to the Customer Support… and still no response! I did mentioned how urgent this was!! unbelievable!

It seems you haven’t seen the message from the support team - they’ve sent you an email on Friday at 23:06 CET time. May I ask you to please check your spam folder? I’ve asked them to send you a second message so hopefully, you’ll see it this time around.
