What is the best answer for capturing multiple options ie can then check as many boxes

I think probably the easiest option to capture multiple options would be the multiple choice question. But depending on what you’re setting up, you might also want to check out Picture choice, if you want to make the question more engaging, or you could even look at a ranking question if that makes sense for your form.
