Hi guys, need your advice on whats the best image size to use when I want to test an advert?

There are some ads that I use that has a fair amount of text in the image, ideally I would like to have the image size as large as possible. But the type form interface seems to resize the image.

Thanks for your help

Hi @HGomez. Welcome to the Typeform Community! :hugging:

You're right - Typeform does resize images. Our article on Image sizes explains how we resize the images on the form, depending on the devices and what are the ratios we use.

Whenever possible, I'd recommend you upload the pictures in the default format, to assure the best quality. Also, PNG is the optimal file format, so whenever possible use PNG instead of JPEG. =)

Hope this helps!

Hi @HGomez ,

From a fellow user (and marketer), I recommend the images have limited words (2-3) and in larger fonts due to the image size. If there is too much wording it will get lost and might impact your completion results.

I hope that helps.
