Why can't a ranking question accept the default order?

Hi @arneper Do you happen to have a video of the issue? I’m afraid I’m not quite sure what error is showing when they select that order.

Here is a video .  If you like the order it is in and just select 1,2,3 it just gives error.

Thanks, @arneper ! You’re receiving that error since no inputs have been made in the ranking. Even if the respondent wants to leave them in the default order, they will still need to mark them as 1, 2, 3. 

thanks. if you look at video you will see I try to select but it won’t let me select 1 2 3. I appreciate the help

It doesn’t show it. but the number selection pops down but won’t let me select the number unless it is another one (first position will only let me select 2 or 3)

I try my best @arneper ! I’ll let you know what they end up saying. I can’t see any specific reason why this would be.
