As noted in the warning, if you change the Question Group to a scale, this will delete all of the questions below it. Instead, it would be better to copy the question and create a new scale question so you don’t lose the questions within the Question Group.

(old school solution from someone who lost too many excel spreadsheets before autosave and has had a few typeform accidents early on lol)
