Hi There,

 

I built four assessments / surveys and I get this response at the end. Any suggestions for me? I may refreshing the endings and calculations to see if that is the problem. I’d thought I’d ask first.

@Gabby12 - sorry to say that i snorted laughing at that screenshot.. i wanted to charge my children $2 for the right to have their screen at the table during meals.. (i need to pay for my coffee habit) 

 

not sure what happened there. but would you consider sharing the link to the form so that it can be tested out??

ok @Gabby12 the same thing happened to me - it looks like the stripe/typeform integration is not yet complete or that stripe is not yet configured to take the payment. 

you should probably raise a help ticket with Typeform so that Support can take a look. here’s the link
