Work lost twice

I have lost hours of working to create a form and it was lost each time (twice). This is more than frustrating.

Can you share any more information about what happened when you lost your work, and any details of what was lost? 


Yes, both times the system froze when I was nearly finished completing my form. I had no choice but to log out, and unfortunately, nothing was autosaved. The first time it happened, I immediately logged back in and redid the entire form. After the second occurrence, however, I decided to stop using Typeform. It has not functioned reliably for me and has significantly set me back in building my funnel. I am now actively searching for a more compatible platform to complete my form.

hi ​@Glenda Shepard I’m so sorry to hear this. Typeform should have an autosave functionality, so I’m not sure what went wrong here. Have you reported it to your support team yet?
