Hello I want to know, should i pay for every new form or after payment i can create as many surveys as i need?

Hi @Iren4a Happy Thursday! I hope you’re having a great week so far. You can make as many forms as you’d like with your subscription! The only limit is on the number of responses you can collect, based on your plan. You can view those limits per plan here.
