I cannot get hold of any help from your website.  I have subscribed and cannot publish my typeform.  It keeps throwing up an error message:

“Sorry, something’s wrong

We’re dealing with a technical issue. Try this:

  • Refresh the page. You may lose any changes you just made. 
  • Get support. Send us a screenshot of the error details below if you get in touch.”

OR

“Unable to publish changes”

I have logged out and in.  I have exited the website.  I have tried many times to no avail.  I have a paid subscription.  When I try and leave a message via the bot help “there was an error processing your request, please try again later.”

 

I am wanting a refund for the year’s subscription.  I have doubt I will ever be able to talk to a real person and get this resolved??  Crap product if this is how you handle it.
