We don’t have any control over the order in which the options to respond appear. If we really want Video to be the preferred option, we should be able to make that listed first (on the left) and so forth. We can only control which ones appear and then the bigger button for video. Please add ability to reorder the options please.

Hopefully this can be a “quick win” for our team to develop, given that a similar functionality already exists for enlarging the video option.
I can’t guarantee when (or if) this feature will be rolled out, but I’ve added it to our internal feature request board for consideration.
