I need to allow respondents to go back and change their answers also in NPS type.
I need to collect data that people can evolve during the survey, we are not under oath, people have to be able to change their previous answer.
How can Typeform don't consider this?! It’s incredible..

In the meantime, I wonder if you could set up an option for people to redo the VideoAsk. My thinking for the easiest way to achieve this would be adding a final step at the end with a multi choice selection. You could prompt respondents if they want to ‘Redo’ or ‘Submit’ their answers.
If ‘Redo’ is selected you could set the logic as advanced for that answer and then set the redirect link to your VideoAsk’s URL, which should force it to reload back to the start. Though, I understand this would’nt be as ideal as a back option that goes back a step and overrides the answer.
