Could someone explain why I keep getting anonymous replies with no videos. I signed up and created an account yesterday. I sent the link out to loads of people. I've had a few actual videos but the rest keep coming back with the anonymous.response

1. If you haven’t enabled the contact form setting within the editable version of your VideoAsk’s settings.
- If you have a contact form step that they have not reached and completed. For example if you have it at the end (or start of the VideoAsk) and they only viewed the initial part of your VideoAsk and decided to not proceed further / bounced.
