Bug? My VideoAsk has two questions – only the second records responses

My VideoAsk has two questions – only the second records responses

  1. I open the videoask link in an incognito window
  2. I answer the first question
  3. I am taken to the next question
  4. I answer the next question
  5. I see the “thanks!” screen
  6. I log in to videoask admin
  7. I navigate to the “Results” page of my video ask
  8. I see 0 responses for the first question, and 4 responses for the second. I expect to see 4 responses for both. 

Any ideas?

Hi @Bright 😊 have you got skip data collection toggled on in the first step? 

That could be why it’s not showing results for the first step.

I do. First question is multiple choice – options a, b, c

 

question 1:

If a or b, go to question 2

if c, go to end

 

question 2:

go to end

@Grace , that is the issue. Are the responses lost forever or can I access them somewhere?

Hey @Bright I checked with the team and it’s not possible to retrieve those responses if skip data collection is turned on 😕 maybe you could re-share the videoask to get fresh responses from those that are missing?
