When respondents complete the VideoAsk questionnaire, their responses are currently labeled as "anonymous." We need their responses to be labeled with their names so we can identify who answered the questions. What adjustments or settings need to be changed to achieve this? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!   **Assuming I can ask for their name in the video…...however, I also need to see the name on the actual video file 

 

Hi @Dan Curran are you adding a contact form to your videoask to collect contact details? If you have that set up you should seen contact info in your VideoAsk inbox. The only thing is if you’re downloading the video file the name won’t appear in the file name.

Thank you!  Yes, you are spot on…...we will add the contact form (moving forward).  The downloading (with the file name) would be ideal.   Thank you!
