How do I change the URL for my video?

 

I am getting bombarded with submissions from “human” or “anonymous”.

 

I just want to be able to refresh or change the URL so I can avoid old customers from access it after they already completed the form.

How are you sharing the videoask? 

Depending on how you’re sharing, you could add a close date to your videoask, you’ll find this option under settings in the builder area. 

Or maybe it would work for you to duplicate the videoask so you have the same setup but with a new URL? 

 

I am just sharing the URL with customers.

 

I think it would be best to create a duplicate and then just close the old one. 

 

Can you help me find out how to duplicate the VideoAsk?

Hey @Adam Fineberg yes of course, you can check out this guide on how to duplicate a videoask, look out for the 3 dots next to the name of the videoask in the left hand folder and you should be able to duplicate from there.
