I am using VideoAsk for customer onboarding. I am using hidden fields to identify my customers before they start the VideoAsk. At one point I want to ask them to refer another member of their organization by submitting the contact form. Where is this information stored? I cant find this filled contact form anywhere…

Hi
It’s only possible to collect one set of contact details via the contact form so if you already have variables set up the contact form will auto-fill with the contact information you’ve given.
You could use the open-ended answer type with the text option toggled on and ask people to write the referral details there as a work around.
