Is there anyway of offering a NPS score scale from 1 to 5 instead of 1 to 10 on VideoAsk please?

Great question! The answer type is specifically designed to collect responses and calculate NPS (Net Promoter Score) which is based on a scale of 0-10 (you can read more here!) -- right now there is not an option to adjust the scale. I’ve added a “+1” to this feature request though, so hopefully we’ll be able to consider this in future VideoAsk updates!
If you’d rather not use the 0-10 scale, you could perhaps use the multiple choice answer type, with options: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5!
