I’m trying to customize my contact form in VideoAsk. I want to be able to ask for
I was able to override the field names but the formatting of the email and phone remain the same for the respondent. So even for company name, it is requested to have the following format xxx@xxx.xx.
I could use the Free text to gather this info but it seems a bit tedious for the person answering. Any thoughts?

At the moment it’s not possible to override the email and phone number options, so even if you change the wording the format stays the same.
You can edit the product name field but looks like you want to collect a bit more information and need multiple fields, in which case the workaround is to use open-ended text as you suggested.
This is currently a feature request, so I will add a +1 to it and let you know if it gets picked up by our product team!
