Editing video from the app

I am new to this and created a VideoAsk on the web browser without a video. Then I opened it in the app and when I click Edit video, replace video, it says “you don’t have permissions to edit this Videoask.” I am a paid customer on the Brand plan. Thank you.

Hi @MeckBar Thanks for stopping by the community! Do you happen to be a member on another account, such as a company account? If so, this may be a permission issue, which you can read more about in detail here

I’m only a member on this account and am also the owner. I tried re-installing it but am still getting the same permissions error.

Hey @Liz and @MeckBar I just double checked with the support team and it looks like this is a bug 🐞 I will keep you posted and let you know once a fix has been released!

I’ve just been informed this has been fixed, let us know if you’re still having issues with creating a video from mobile, or if you spot anything else happening!
