When a user completes my videoask and enters their email address, the user is never added to the videoask Contact list. This problem started withing the last 12 hours.

 

Is there a known issue?

The “engineers” are solving the problem, apparently it is very serious since it has been persisting for hours


Hey @LeeW I know we also chatted via DM but wanted to stop by here to say thanks for flagging this issue. The engineers have been working on a post-mortem of what happened and have identified some issues that they are working on to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Do let us know if you spot any more unusual behaviour.
