Hi! i would like to know if that is possible to make the first video of my funnel stop at a certain time, ask for the contact info and when they enter it they can continue watching the video. Thanks!

Hey @HxN Media welcome to the community, and great question!

It’s not possible to auto pause a video to get the viewer to complete an action. You could split the video into two steps - have the first one play and then add a button with a CTA to fill out contact info to continue watching, then it would jump to the second step where they could watch the rest of the video.

Do you think that might work for your use case? Let us know if you have more questions 😊

Perfect! great idea! And also i wanna know if the answer they have to do in order to continue could just be filling out the form with their name and email adress and not clicking a button? Because i dont see this as an option in the answer type, and if i can skip the button they have to click on that will greatly improve the conversion rate.

And also i would like to know how to remove this part of the video so that the video is full screen automaticly.

Hey @HxN Media so it’s not possible to have a contact form as a question type, it needs to be attached to something like a button. Hopefully it doesn’t cause too much friction for users…

And for the embed layout, you could either adjust the break point in the embed code to move it to “mobile view” where the button sits on top of the video instead of beside it (Help Center article here).

Or you could try adding the parameter ?fullscreen to the end of the videoask URL in the embed code to force it to fullscreen view within the embed. More info on some of the hidden features here

Hope that helps!
