It must be an easy fix, but apparently, I cannot find the correct way of doing it :D
So the question is how do I remove this “Reply” button and get the multiple choice to show after it?

You’ll see this single reply button, rather than the multiple-choice or open-ended answer choices, if VideoAsk can’t access the SSL certificate or camera/microphone permissions of your website.
Is the webpage where you’re embedding the videoask SSL-secured?
Yes, it seems to be SSL-secured, can it be related to the fact that the website is build on Wix?

I also have this problem. I use Editor X. I also added the additional code to the settings channel. But, it seems that it does not work.

Hey again, I solved the issue, it is slightly different in Editor X. When you click on ‘add custom code’, the body-end radio button does not appear. What I did was manually click on the ‘Body-End’ section, then added the code there.
