I need to know who completed the flow and who abandoned it.

At the end I have an NPS form, so whoever arrived at it completed the flow.

Is there a way to retrieve the data of those who went through this step and send it to my CRM?

Hi @Davis Vasconcellos Thanks for stopping by the community! While we don’t collect data unless the form has been submitted, would you be able to use the dropoff analysis to gain some of that insight on your form? 


Hey @Davis Vasconcellos looks like you’re using VideoAsk, is that right?

In which case, you can check drop off results and metrics per step, but it’s not possible to know exactly who that person is, unless you have the contact form set up before the NPS question - in which case you could then do a comparison to see who answered it since VideoAsk collects responses after each completed step.
