I have tried, just testing create a video in portuguese. But it didn’t work well. The videos was not loaded and only a picture showed at the app. Now I wish to know if it should work in portuguese languages like it does in english?

You should be able to create your videoask in Portuguese, we have a Help Center guide here which explains all, but I’m curious as to what has happened with your videoask, as changing the language shouldn’t effect the way the videos load.
