Issue setting time limit with VideoAsk

Hi!

When I set the time limit (seconds) to 60 (one minute) in Settings—and save my edit—the recording time defaults to 2:00. I can’t seem to make any changes. I have a paid subscription not a free account. Help please! Thank you.

Hey ​@Douglas Greenfield this sounds like it could be a bug, I saw you’ve already reached out to the support team (in this post) they will investigate the timer issue with you.
