I have a question regarding uploading the logo. No matter which format I choose from the recommended list, there’s always a blank margin around the logo, making it look small. Is this supposed to happen, or am I doing something wrong? I’d appreciate your thoughts and any solution you might suggest. I've already send the support team an email, but they forwarded me to the page with logo tips, which I already used.

Please see the examples below (screenshots). I created each format from the list in Illustrator to test how it would look, but the white space remains with each format.

I think is expected behaviour, it won’t necessarily fill the entire box. How does it look on the videoask itself? Could you share a link here so we can take a look?

Well, the video is displayed at the bottom of this page: https://communiteers.nl/hyers-2/ (on the left). You can see the logo, but I was wondering if its possible to make it bigger, to fill the lost transparent space.


Hey @Communiteers sorry for the delayed reply, I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything with the logos. It’s definitely expected behaviour that it doesn’t fill the whole space when you add your logo into the brand settings. As long as you’re following the sizing guidelines in the Help Center article, that’s as large as it’s going to be. 

I’m passing the feedback onto the product team for review and will let you know if I hear of any other tricks for logo sizing!
