You can definitely upload an MP4 file to create your videoask! In terms of recommended dimensions, we tend to say record in landscape mode 1920 x 1080 pixels - but you might want to do a bit of testing as the videoask will dynamically adjust how it looks depending on what device it’s being played on.
It’s not possible to fully embed a videoask into an email right now, you can do a partial embed which produces a gif that can be clicked on and the videoask will open in a browser tab. Alternatively you could hyperlink to the videoask which would also open in a new tab.
