URGENT: more minutes needed

Hey VideoAsk Team,

We've been trying to upgrade our account for almost a week now because we've run out of processing minutes, but we still haven’t heard back. We’ve been submitting the form daily and even tried using the video call feature multiple times, but no one was there to pick up.

This is really disrupting our business—we’re a recruitment agency, and we rely on VideoAsk to vet candidates through their video responses. We need to upgrade ASAP so we can keep things moving.

Can someone help us get this sorted right away?

The best way to receive help is going to be our support team since they have access to your account. Our support team let me know they didn’t receive any emails from your account email here. Did you happen to use another email to contact them?

Just stepping in here as I appreciate you are needing some urgent help with this. Are you able to increase your usage by clicking your icon on the bottom left of your dashboard screen and selecting ‘Plan & Billing’.

Not sure if this will help in your situation, but hoping it will while you are awaiting a response from support.
