I have a video ask that is getting a good amount of traffic. At the end of a tiktok lead form I push the user to record a video ask using the video ask link. Some of the videos come through but a majority of them look like this in my dashboard. Is there a fix for this?

Cool use case for your VideoAsk! I am also working in a similar space in relation to UGC in New Zealand with the creator marketplace I have set up.
In relation to the settings you have in place for receiving these video responses, there are some settings that can be applied via the settings icon in the top right corner of your builder. It may be worthwhile looking into these settings. The screenshot below is how I have mine set up at the moment. I haven’t come across the error screen like yours displays before, but hopefully this may help for determining a fix by changing that setting.
