Video keeps playing in the background even after live call is connected, how to go about fixing this?

Are they still hearing audio on the video? You could pause auto-play in the videoask settings so the video doesn’t keep going whilst they’re on a call.
Pausing auto play doesn’t solve the problem.
I am using it in the widget form that appears on the website. When live call is connected the visitor can’t see the video controls so there is no way to pause the video or mute the video.
Problem statement is, when live call is initiated or connected ,the video’s audio should not interfere with the call, otherwise it makes the live call feature unusable.
