Videoask: Skip answering a question?

Justin Williams

Hey team,

In my VideoAsk, we’d like to give people 15 or so questions to answer, but allow them to skip the ones they don’t want to respond to.

Is there a way to allow someone to skip that I am not seeing?

Hey @Justin Williams 👋

It’s not possible to natively “skip a question” in VideoAsk, but what you could do is use the multiple choice answer type to offer an option to either answer the question or skip it, then use conditional logic to direct them to the next step, depending on what option they pick.

Let me know if that makes sense or if you need any more help with this!

Hey @Justin Williams ! Welcome to the community. I'm assuming you can achieve this with logic and simply adding the option to 'skip' the question.

Perhaps there's a fancier way to do this. @Darnell may be able to share a more insightful solution 😉

Thanks @Gabriel !

Lol I cannot find where you are able to add the option to skip the question. Could you point me in the right direction?
