VideoAsk - Workaround for exporting consent sign-offs as PDF?

Hi everyone,

Curious if anyone’s found a good workaround for this. We often need to pull individual responses or consent forms in a clean PDF format (for compliance, audits etc...). 

Right now exports are CSV/XLSX, which is fine for bulk data but having a way to generate PDFs would be super helpful. Curious if anyone has figured out a workaround for this?

Hey ​@Nish sorry for the delayed reply here! Just wondering if you could use Zapier or Make to set up a custom workflow? Maybe send the responses from VideoAsk to a PDF generator tool, or go via Google Sheets or Airtable to sort and pull the right data? 

I’ve not tried it myself, but maybe it could work?

​@Grace ​@Nish  - if you push to Google Sheets, you can use Document Studio or other similar apps to push the data into preformatted Google Docs or Slides and generate pdf files and send them via email…
