Two of the most common ‘errors’ I see are forms with unpublished changes that were missed, and forms the should be open but are closed (and vice versa).
Closed/ Open in particular is difficult to monitor as it is a few layers deep inside the form, and there are many automated reasons for a form to close.
I think a great way to help avoid these problems would be to have icons on the forms tile/ card similar to how total responses are shown.
For example a blue open padlock or red closed padlock on top right of each tile, and top left an icon or text reversed out of black on forms that have changes to “Publish”.
