I have a question about hidden fields, I have a webhook integration, but I want to know if I can get hidden fields information in the webhook request after a survey is answered.

Yea, you can totally get hidden field info with webhooks. I recommend checking out this video demo (3 minutes) explaining how to inspect the webhook data and how to find out what fields are included. You can also check out the screenshot below to see where hidden fields are shown in webhooks
