account engagement form handlers

I’m in the process of trying but Typeform support doesn’t really know anything about their own platform. They always have to escalate the issue.

I’m trying to use the webhook but it seems to just pass the fields and nobody can tell me what the internal field names are so I can match them on Account Engagement.

Hi @AlexG Could you describe a bit more what you mean by just passing the fields? Any screenshots/videos you can share would be helpful. 

Just trying to find out what the field name is so I can map this to my form handler… Non of the id, name or ref ids seems to work but I’m getting a 200 response, meaning my webhook is communicating successfully.

Hi @AlexG Is this a test webhook? And have you also set the references in the builder? 

@Liz Yes but I’m getting “Error 5” back and I’m having troubles finding documentation on both the Typeform side and Account Engagement side what Error 5 means.

Update: Error 5 is our internal error, back to square one. After setting references, I’m still not able to pass fields over to my form handler.

As for the references, have all of the changes to the form been published? 

Yes I published the form.

@AlexG It may be worth contacting our technical support team directly here, as they can log into your account and take a closer look at this for you.
