Affinity and Typeform Integration

Has any one on these forums encountered an integration issue with Affinity CRM? Sometimes when submissions through our Typeform are processed, they do not show up on Affinity. Unable to tell if this is a Typeform issue or an Affinity issue.

Hi @morethanthemoney1 Happy Thursday! I haven’t heard of too many issues with the Affinity integration, but I noticed from their help docs that the Organization name and URL need to be required fields in order to create the contact. 

Are these fields required on your form?
