We want to collect geographical information on our (worldwide) respondents upto the subnational level. Ideally I am looking for something that lists all countries, and then when one selects their country, they get a drop down that is customised to the sub-national provinces/districts/states in their country.
Is there any integration that allows for this?

We don’t have any integrations that would feed in country data to a field, but you could copy/paste a list and add that to a dropdown question. Granted, it you’re listing every country in the world, this would be a bit tricky to setup, so it might be worth only listing the countries in which your respondents are replying from.
