Are Outcome Ids specific to each outcome option?

Hi, I’m working on creating follow-up flows in Klaviyo and have set up the integration to send the “{winning_outcome_id}” variable as a custom property. It’s a string of characters (example - YXR930T2RQkK), rather than the name of the result type.

My question is whether that character string stays the same for every instance a person completes the form and gets the same end result, regardless of the answers they had that pointed them to that result.

Or are there multiple character ids that can mean the same end result?

Thank you!

Hi @McNeela Music This is a great question! The string of letters/numbers is unique to the particular ending, so each ending will have its own ID. This string will stay the same for every person that answers and gets that ending.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions or if there’s anything else I can clarify!
