I’d like to know if I can use GA4 to create a drop-off report similar to the report available in Typeform.

First, you’ll need to find the events in your Google Analytics account by following the steps here.
Then, once you find the value and the event category, you can create a custom dimension by following the steps here to essentially create the report in Google Analytics.
