cant extract uploaded files

Hi Guys. I just updated my typeform and connected to excel. However, when I try to extract the files uploaded by respondents i.e images from my excel, it says file cant be found. Why is this so?

    Hi @Kuberan That’s a bit odd. Have you happened to delete those responses in the Typeform builder? If so, that will delete the file as well.
