Hello,
until recently I was able to create public slack channels of which I am an administrator with typform, immediately after connecting via connect and checked the functionality I would convert the channel to private and it continued to work without any problems. Since a couple of weeks when I create the same integration following the same procedure suddenly the private channel stops working and not receiving any more data.
what can I try to do to eliminate the issue? how come the procedure explained above no longer works, which continues to work on private channels set up in presence?
