I just made my first form and connected the account to Microsoft. Connected Microsoft One Drive to it as well.
I gave a name to the file, toggled on the connection, filled up some test forms, … But, no file shows up in my OneDrive.
Do I need to do anything else on Microsoft or Typeform for the file to be “created” and updated?
@OscarIoT It sounds like you’ve done everything correctly, especially if you’ve tested with filling out the form. I can’t think of any other reason the file wouldn’t appear, so it might be best to reach out to our support team here. They’ll be able to log into your account and take a closer look at the issue.
