How do we implement our own business email as the contact email for new submissions or responses? (I can only see a gmail connector but need outlook 365)

Hey Andrew!

Since Typeform doesn't have a native Outlook 365 connector built-in for this, the easiest workaround is using a third-party automation tool like Zapier or Make. As a non-technical guy myself, I highly recommend this route because it requires zero coding.

Just set Typeform as your trigger ("New Entry") and Microsoft Outlook as your action ("Send Email"). You can map the form data directly into the email body, and it only takes a few minutes to set up!

@andrewinperth - if you are looking at getting responses sent from Typeform (on submission) to your internal email address as part of the Messages/Notifications process that is possible as it is simply sending to you. the source email address will be something like “notifications@typeform.com”

if you want to send notifications on submission of the typeform to the quiz taker (not a notification to you...) then the current iteration of Typeform is geared only for gmail account integration.
