Hi, I am having the same issue as the poster two months ago did in the post here that is outstanding. I've tried a different browser and clearing my cache/cookies.
Hey @Liz just tried uninstalling the app and trying again. No dice. Any other suggestions? Including the photo below to show the dropout on the right is working. Using Brave browser on a windows machine and I tried Chrome as well.

The fields on the left hand side are not showing while all of the ones on the right do.

Hi @thomascochrane This is a really question question. Are you able to remove the app and re-add it to see if this helps with the questions appearing?
