Hey everyone, we have typeform in our landing page and we direct traffic to the landing page from Google Ads optimising for conversions. For some reason the conversion numbers are not getting updated in the Google ads dashboard. Please help. Following is our landing page link:

Hi @Sivalingam Thanks for stopping by the community! While we don’t have a native integration for Google Ads, I’m happy to take a look at the Google Analytics side of things to be sure the data is sending correctly.

When I tested the form, I don’t see any data sending to Google Analytics. Do you have this integration connected in your form settings? If not, you can find the instructions for that here

Hey Sivalingam

As Liz mentioned, there's no native integration between Typeform and Google Ads, so you'll need to set up conversion tracking manually.

The most common way to do this is to trigger a conversion when someone successfully submits your Typeform, rather than relying on thank you page views or other indirect signals. You have a few options:

1. Use Google Tag Manager to fire a conversion event when the Typeform is submitted
2. Use a dedicated conversion tracking tool

If you don't have the technical capability to take the Google Tag Manager approach yourself, then tools like Converly.io can handle this for you (it's kind of like Zapier for conversion tracking. You pick a trigger, like a Typeform submission, then select your actions, like a conversion being sent to Google Ads). It can also send conversions to Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and a whole bunch of other places as well, so you’ll never have to worry about setting up covnersion tracking again :)

Hope this helps
