If I update my question or add a new question in a typform how I need to update the data in a google sheets. I need to integrata again the form or it is a possible to update?

If a question is updated in Typeform, the question won’t update in Google Sheets, I’m afraid. You would need to disconnect/reconnect the integration in order for it to update.
