Hi there,

 

My question is basic: the connection to a Mailchimp list of an email field in a form does not seem to be functional.  No emails are added to the list I designated as people respond to the survey.

And yes, these are all NEW records.

 

The connection shows as being active in Typeform, but I see no way to debug it, ie, go over what list was connected when I did this a few weeks back.

 

On Mailchimp, all I have as well is there is a Typeform connection, with no other info.

How can I debug any issues ?

Hi @Carosanfran Welcome to the community! If all the responses are new responses (and don’t already exist in your Mailchimp account), I would then contact our tech team directly here so they can look in the backend. This will help them decipher what might be the issue!
