Hello, today we bought 600 more responses on Eureka Survey but a few minutes later, we got a warning message saying we reached our Typeform limit of 1k responses/mo. We upgraded our Typeform plan to 1.5k respones/mo, but so far we only got a couple more new responses coming in.
Can you please let us know if more responses should’ve come in from Eureka Survey, and fix this issue? Thank you!
