File upload link - authentication failed

Hi! I created an automation through Zapier that includes a third party software which is Process Street but my file upload link says “AUTHENTICATION_FAILED” is there a solution for that? :)

Hi @supertools Happy Friday! Welcome to the community. You most likely need to change how you’ve setup the files in your zap. The article below has a video that should solve the issue for you:
